The 90/10 % diet rule

"Eat clean 90% of the time.."

Ok, the rule is fine, for some.

How many people actually follow it, or just shrug things off as it being 10%? Soon enough instead of having 1 cheat meal every 2 days (seems like alot) your following a 85/15, or worse. I bet that 10% cheat meal sends people into a binge too.

"10% is nothing in the big picture"
Do you want 10% less bodyfat? 10% more muscle? 10% more energy?

Well maybe you should give it more near 100% effort.

Shit happens, shit does not happen every 2 days. Shit happens maybe twice a month if you are prepared.

That being said, if it is working for you, fine, that's fantastic I'm glad you found that you can do that. But if your following your diet 90% of the time, and your looking in the mirror and seeing things you don't want to, maybe you need to give it 100%.

Someone bugged me about this today. Someone who is not reaching their goals, someone who is constantly bitter about their self, someone who is close to me.
